German Transit Visa for Indians with UK Residency and US B1 visa

Hi - I need to travel from London to India via Frankfurt. I've an Indian passport and UK residency card (ILR) and also have a valid stamped US B1/B2 visa.
Do I need any transit visa for Germany? I don't need to go out of the airport transit area. On the Germany Embassy website it is mentioned the following catgory of Indian passport holders don't need a transit visas.
"Holders of valid visas issued by an EEA country (the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) or visas issued by Japan, Canada or the United States of America,"

I'm interested in learning more about the B1 visa card's exact time frame because I'll be traveling to Germany soon, not as an international student but to work.
