Need urgent guidance/Schengen Visa

Hi There

I want to visit Netherlands, I am under British resident and under British- India government exchange program and working full time.

I want to know that how many days it will take to get visa for Netherlands from Manchester and how to book an appointment.
2) My UK VISA will expire on 21st December 2010 can I get multiple schengen visa?
