Hello,
I am a UK citizen/passport holder but my wife is a US passport holder. We have been in Europe around Schengen countries for approx 3 months and we wish to continue travelling Europe, possibly for another 4 months. We are planning on leaving the Schengen area (through Poland) for around 10 days to go to Ukraine before returning to Poland. I have some questions relating to our requirements and application for a Schengen visa:
Do we need a Schengen visa for my wife as she is married to an EU citizen?
If so, where should we apply for it and for which country? Would we be able to get a Polish-issued Schengen visa in Kiev? Would it harm our application that we have already been in the Schengen zone for 3 months?
