To whom it may concern,

I am emailing on behalf of a U.S. college student who is studying abroad in France and Spain this Spring. The student will be in the two countries for a combined time of over 90 days, but not in one of the countries for more than 90 days individually. To the best of your knowledge, does she need a visa?
