Hi,
My sister is in US. She wants to come back to India. During her stay there, she has applied for extension of Visa, but it took more than stipulated time, and her existing visa got expired.
Is there any kind of transit visa required, if she comes through Europe, If it is so, how much time it takes to get transit visa. OR she can take direct flight to India and come without any formalities.
Please suggest, immediate help will very much supportive.
