I need help. My son (19 years old) went to Spain for a 6 week summer
school session and a couple of weeks travel. But he liked it so much he
decided to stay for the entire school year so I changed his round trip
ticket to allow him to stay nearly a year. We were under the impression
that not having a Visa at this point was not really a problem. That now
appears to be possibly poor advice. He left Spain for 4 days in late
August (out of the European Union), but if he comes home in December his 90 days would be up, if it indeed it even started over again after his breif departure, other wise it is already up.
Is there a way he can apply for a Visa from within Spain?
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!
