hi...i inadvertantly overstayed a schengen visa in the netherlands...on exit to come home for christmas, customs officials interrogated me and said i was 7 days overstayer...nothing was entered in my passport and i was allowed to leave with no known fine or paperwork and no entries on my passport.
what is the surest and fastest way for me to return to holland after the holidays to finish my internship?...once back, i will apply for shott term residence but i need to get back in a.s.a.p?
if i do not try to return unril 120 days from my initial entry, should i be able to get back in or is there a red flag somewhere you neve know about until you are stopped??
