Do I need Schengen Visa?

Hi,

I am Indian citizen.

I am travelling to from (Mumbai) India to (Chicago)USA and I have to change flights at cities of Germany, Frankfurt & Dusseldorf. My flight starts from Mumbai to Frankfurt. I have to take a fight from Frankfurt *to Dusseldorf and then I have fight from Dusseldorf to Chicago. Do I need Schengan Visa?

Website tells I do not need transit visa as I have valid L1 Visa of USA.

your help is greatly appreciated.
