  • Return from US to India via Heathrow

    Dear Sir,

    Your Site is very helpful with valid information.

    I have a question from this section:
    =====================================================
    https://www.immihelp.com/non-usa-transit-visa/
    =====================================================

    As per the above link, i see that 8th point mentioned as below:

    You hold a diplomatic and or official passport issued by the Government of India.

    Query:

    I m travelling to India from US in a week VIA Heathrow. I have valid Indian Passport. But not having Valid US Visa. As my US VISA(L1) is expired, I have applied for L1-Extension and i have the Approved Extension document (I797), which is called approval note.

    Can you please confirm that whether i can go VIA HEATHROW to INDIA. (which will be my Final Destination) without any Transit VISA or DATV.

    And in case, DATV is required, can i get at Heathrow Airport Itself (as i have no sufficient time to do all the stuff now )

    Please Confirm and detailed inputs on this.

    If you can provide your contact number also, it will be helpful for me to call.

    Thanks & Regards
