Hello. I'm posting a question not for me but for my friend. Basically, a Turkey's resident transiting thru Frankfurt with Lisbon as finally destination. The traveler has a resident visa of Portugal on his passport. Additionally, he has 2 separate tickets, Turkey-Germany and Germany-Portugal. Will he need a visa or visas of some sort while transiting thru Germany? And will he be allowed to depart Turkey without the required visa(s)? Thanks in advance for the help..
