Do I need transit Visa to travel through France

Hi All,
Me and my wife are traveling to Mumbai(India) next month via the CDG Airport (Paris) from Canada . We are Indian nationals and I have a valid Work permit till 2013 with a multiple entry visa and my wife has a valid visitor visa till 2013(multiple entry).

Can anyone please let me know, if a transit visa is required for a Paris.The halt in Paris is for 2 hours.

Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry I can't help in this but I am also travelling from Washington DC to Delhi via Paris with Air-France. I am also having same question regarding transit visa. So did you have any problem while traveling? Reply will be appreciated.
