Transit Visa requirements for Paris for Indian with Valid South African Visa

Hi Immihelp & All
I'm a Indian with valid South Africa Visa planning to travel India via Paris.
my route trip is South Africa-India via Paris?
Please advise for transit visa which i will go out of airport and also must apply for a Tourist visa?
If a transit visa can be applied at airport, for how many hours i can stay out of airport?
