    crew visa needed - based in Monaco

    I am a South African Schengen visa holder. I have secured a job on a boat in Monaco.I have an employment contract.
    I have a seamans book. Can i go to the S.A. embassy in Paris to apply for a crew visa or do i have to go to the French Embassy in Milan to do this?

    Please any help will be appreciated.
