Hello,
I'm considering moving to France to study fashion, I've already found a 3 yr bachelor I'm interested in and I'll apply for student visa for court sejour (renewable each year). My husband is supposed to come with me. Now I'm aware of the option of "dependent visa" based on my study visa, which gives me the right to work part-time while studying, and full time in vacation time, while my husband doesn't have the right to work.
The questions are:
1. does my husband has the right to work any type of job? (working in a cafe or something, the type of thing known as under-the-table jobs)
2. what if while studying, I found a job offer, and consequently, I have to discontinue my studies and apply for work visa? Is that possible?
