I had filed I140/I485 concurrently(EB1C) along with I131/I765 on Jan 27th 2018(Texas). Received my receipt notices from USCIS on 6th Feb 2018 that they have received my case. There are no updates after that, I haven't received the bio-metric appointment yet, it is already 77 days.... -
EAD during Green Card Vs L2
Me & my family are currently going through the green card process. We received our EADs and my L1A is still valid. My wife is intending to use her EAD (under GC process) to get a job. Do i need to necessarily move my employment basis to the EAD in GC or can continue to use by L1A? Also, what happens... -
