What are the chances of L1A and L1B getting approved? Which is easier to get comparatively? I am a first-line manager with a team reporting to me. Does it matter whether I am a first-line manager or Senior manager?

Hi,

My Company has filed L1b and L2 visa for me and my spouse. I have more than 4years of experience in present organization(in total 8 years of Exp in the industry as senior member technical staff(software)).

My Concern over here is related to salary being offered($70K/yr)...

I applied for L1b Individual (Normal) on 15th July 2016.
Received my RFE on Sep 15th 2016.
Responded back on 1st Dec, 2016.

Still waiting for response. What's the general TAT for RFE response. Is there anything real like, the longer it takes, the...
