I have planned to resign from my current organization once my EAD is approved.
Can i do this? or do i need to physically present while my EAD application is in progress.

Me & my family are currently going through the green card process. We received our EADs and my L1A is still valid. My wife is intending to use her EAD (under GC process) to get a job. Do i need to necessarily move my employment basis to the EAD in GC or can continue to use by L1A? Also, what happens... -

hi..was exploring the social security website which says L2 can work if he/she has evidence other than an EAD that proves the L-2’s lawful alien status (e.g., I-94) and a marriage document as evidence that he or she is the spouse of the principal L-1 alien.
