H1B I94 expired but haven't received the Receipt Number

Hello All,

Need your valuable information.

My wife H1B I94 got expired and applied for extension before expiring the I94 but she hasn't received the Receipt Number.

What will happens to her now.

I have applied for H1B ammendment on Nov 4th as i have changed my location from Location A to Location B.intially got an RFE for EMPLOYER-VENDOR-CLIENT relationship so sent reply in Jan & got approval on feb 3 saying H1b petetion is approved but it has been determined that...
