My H1B 60 days grace period ends on June 14th 2020 where as my H1B expiration date is 06/28/2022 and on my I94 it says: Admit Until Date : D/S which I believe will be the same as the H1B expiration date which is 06/28/2022 (please correct me if I am wrong)

H1B Extension Validity After I-140 Revoke
If I have I-140 approved from employer a and employer b get H1B extension based on approved I-140 and it has not been 180 days since I-140 is approved, if employer a revoke I-140 before 180 days completion. I have valid h1b till dec 2015 . While I reentered US I got a new i94 which had incorrect date of Feb 2015

For the tax return of 2012, I would like to claim my spouse as dependent and apply for ITIN.
