I have an offer to join another firm and they are ready to initiate the process again. What are possible issues as my current term would expire in less than an year (I have already crossed 6 years mark)?

I -14 approved in Nov 2011 with employer A, 6 years completed on H1B.
Now I got full time job from employer B.
1. If my employer A withdraws my I-140 what can I do.

I am right now working on H1B and 6 years of my H1B is getting expired in Feb 2015. I haven't started my Green Card process yet but my husband did and he has got I-140 approval.
Next year (August 2014) I am planning to convert my H1B to H4 because of family planning.
