I got lots of information from this forum but I can't find too many details for my case.

I got H1 approved at May 2017 and I was working at another country for same employer so my H1 hasn't been activated (consular processing) yet. This year I was laid off and the employer isn't willing...

I recently obtained a visa for travel to France. The dates of Validity say from Sept 1 to Oct 1. However, my flight is getting bumped up to Aug 29. Will I need to get a new visa if I arrive before the start date printed on the Schengen Visa? (And if I get a new visa, do I need to cancel my old one?)...
