Question on 240 day rule

Hi All,

The H1 Visa in my passport is valid till June 15th 2017.I94 is also valid till June 15th 2017.

When I travelled to US from India, I submitted for amendment and the i797 of the amendment approval notice was given till October 15th 2016.

H1B petition amendment and extension question

Hi, I am in India and have a H1 petition that is valid till July 2014. I have not got my visa stamped yet and obviously, not traveled. My new project needs me to travel to the US. Since there is a change in the client/project details like work location, I am told that an amendment needs to be filed....
