H1B Visa Blank Annotations

Hello,

I received my visa stamp and the annotations were left Blank (without Petitioner name, petition# and ped). Has anyone encountered similar scenario and were you able to get through POE without issues?

Recently My son went for stamping and received passport with Visa page with Blank Annotation. Does this need to correct before travel or he can travel. he his accompanying with my spouse. Please reply. Any reply will be helpful.

Recently I have attented for H1B visa interview at chennai location and it was approved, But h1b visa annotation is blank. will it be a problem at POE? Because I am travelling to U.S. in next week please help me out urgent.
