I-130 application receipt lost in Mail?

I submitted I-130 petitions for both of my parents, where I had put my mailing address in Pakistan. The filing fee has been deducted from the bank account in September 2017, but I have not yet received an application receipt number or notice of action or any other information from USCIS in my mail....

am writting beccouse am filling the ds160 for an H4 visa and at one point it ask me for Application Receipt/Petition Number and I dont know where can I get it or what is that
