Hi,

I'm living in Canada in a student visa and I'm applying for B1/B2 tourist visa to the US. When I tried scheduling an appoinment it's asking "Is the applicant traveling from another country to apply for a visa in Canada?". Should I answer Yes/No?

I am currently living in the USA and have a H4 visa stamped on my passport.
I got H1B petition approved in Dec 2010 and going to mumbai for H1B visa stamping in Dec 2011.
