Hi guys. I have a question. I’m currently in the US for a few weeks on B1 visa for a conference and I received my DS-2019 recently. Can I apply for date in US consulate from here or should I do that only after returning to India...

From India went to USA 11 times.last 6 visits were above 5 months everytime. I never over stayed and never broke any law. Tourist visa got refused in march. I work online so I really do not work in america. I really am a 100% real tourist so how can I convince them to give me a visa?

Hi, I have a B1/B2 visa and I’m going to do a not paid internship in US, may the internship be of 6 months or does it have to be shorter to avoid any risks with the immigration officers? I have recently read online that the B1 is granted for only 3 months but I'm not sure that it a correct source....

Hi..

I came to US (POE - SFO) on Business trip (B1) on 2nd August from India.

But, the Immigration Officer has marked as "B2" in the passport stamp and the same is reflected online I-94 form.

Is this a concern, if yes ? please help to correct it....
