Urent!!! Google invite for developer conference - b1/b2 rejected!! Please help!!

My First ever US B1/B2 visa application got REJECTED with 214-b letter.
I had included 28 days of visit in DS-160 as an intent of tourism + conference with no travel booking and I am a Single Software engineer working for an IT firm with 6 years of experience....

I got B1/B2 VISA when I was working at my previous company. But never used to the travel for the office work purpose. But at that time I got the VISA for 10 years(Multiple entries). Can I use that VISA to visit my brother in USA?

If yes, do I need to carry any documents...

I am B1/B2 visa holder and I am currently in India.
My husband holds a green card.
Can I visit my husband using B1/B2 visa?
Should I expect any issues, such as, being held for reason, that I would be a potential immigrant?
Or any other issues that I could possible face?...
