I've applied for visa change of status from visitor to student visa to study english. I received a letter from uscis asking for "proof of residence" of my home country which is Australia(I'm an immigrant in Australia). I assume it should be home renting contract or something...

I am working for a company that wants me to travel to the U.S. in Feb 2016 for a period of 2 weeks for a business meeting and so they have initiated the process for me to apply for B1 visa.
Now I have already given my GMAT already and intend to apply to U.S. business schools... -

Applying H4 while changing status from B1 to F1

My girlfriend came to US September 2013. She applied for COS B1/B2 to F1 visa on February 2014. Now she got request for evidence and we are collecting the extra documentation. So my questions:
1. Can we marry now and apply H4 while COS is still pending?

I was approved for B1/B2 in 2008 (10yrs visa) and stayed for 6 months and applied to transfer to F1 which was denied due to finance issues.I applied to F1 before my B1 right before my stay period expired and then waited until the denial came and then left the country right away after...
