Sponsor bank account in India

I am on L1 and want to sponsor my parent's B2 visa. I recently came to US and do not have sufficient bank balance in US accounts, whereas I do have sufficient balance in my account in India. Can we show my India's bank statements instead?

My husband is sponsoring B2 visa for his mother. I understand that he must file form I-134 and prove that he is capable of bearing her expense during her stay in US.

I want to know how much minimum bank balance is expected to be shown so that he is considered eligible...
