Sponsoring visitor visa using foreign bank account statements

Hi,

I am an Indian national with J1 visa and want to apply for a visitor visa for my mother in India.

For sponsoring her USA visitor visa, can I only show my bank statements/letters from my savings bank accounts in India? I don’t want to use my US bank account details...

Property on parents name mandatory for visiting visa?

Hi All,
I want my parents to come here by april as my due date is in first week of may. My parents(lives in AP) doesn't have any property, bank accounts paying taxes, bonds, or shares on their name and my brother(stays in Mumbai as he works there) takes care of them who is yet to get married....
