Is my app delayed?
My PD is Sep 30, only received I-797 receipt notice. I've seen so many people got biometrics appointment after few days, 2 months at most, and I still got nothing after almost 3 months. Is my application delayed, or that may be because I won't be asked for that anyways?

Question about Biometrics fee for I-765(Post OPT) AS F1 student
I know this is kind of stupid question. I submitted the I-765 form last thursday and paid $495.
I thought I should also pay $85 biometrics fee, but just relizaed that I do not have to pay for it..
Is it going to reject my application? or am I able to get refund?

Tried looking for a thread if someone else has experienced this and could not find a relevant one with a proper response so starting this new one.

I will like to know whether I can have a few days gap between my the date when I submit my bio-metric details and the date of my actual interview for my spouse H1B stamping and my H4 interview .

i am filling the i-485 and need to know how to make out the checks. is there one check for bothe the filling fee for the i-485 and bio-metrics or is there two separate checks i need to send in?
