One of the consultants asked to pay $5000 to process new H1B and signed a bond of $20,000 to join and work at least one year. In case if we fail to join or work atleast one year. need to pay $20,000 or actual cost whichever is higher.
They are already charging $5000 to process VISA then such...

I came US through TCS...my visa type was L1B.
A company in US sponsered my H1B. I signed a bond with this company...and it states that I should give 5000$(Visa processing/legal charges) + Expenses (air travel/training/stay) + Damages to client relationship with my company...IF...Last edited by relativity; 11-17-2011, 03:43 PM.
