I have couple of questions and am confused how to approach this:-

I am studying and under my internship I have been approved for my H1b visa. I have booked for my H1b Visa stamping in Toronto. I have never traveled to Canada, and I have to apply for Canadian Visitor...

Did anyone applied Canada Visa from USA and delivered the passport to Ottawa instead of VAC (Los Angeles or New York)? I would take this options and have some questions:

1. Is this option faster to get back passport than the option of delivering passport to VAC?
