I am planning to visit Canada next month end but while entering US I will be left only with 13 days H1B visa left also I94 admit until date will have 20 days pending.. My visa extension already approved and the new I797 approved till 2020. I will do the stamping when I am going...

I am on L1B Visa now. My Visa as well as I-94 are expiring in Oct, 2013.

My employer is planning to file L1B -> L1A visa conversion. I am not very much optimistic about approval on same since there is very low success ratio.

Is that a good idea...

Hi, I am writing on behalf of an individual (a singer) who will be coming to the US on a P3 visa. He has had an offer for a gig in Ottawa Canada. Can he apply for a Canadian Visa in the US, or does he have to apply in India? He has very little time in India to apply.
