We are a baptist church wanting to bring over a Baptist pastor from Kenya. Our church is part of the Georgia Baptist Asso. and the Southern Baptist Convention. Do we have to have a valid determination letter from the SBC or will one from GA be ok? Our church doesn't have it's own tax exempt status....
