Spelling difference in civil documents
question: I just submitted my mothers civil documents for Immigrant Visa, and her last name is spelled differently on marriage certificate. On all other docs, its AKHTER and on Marriage certificate its AKHTAR. Do you think it can raise any issues? Any help is appreciated. Thanks -

Is it necesary send military récords to nvc? The lawyer who is filling our documents doesn ask us for that document and i read on internet that that document its necesary but he doesnt ask for it, or it can be just show at the interview
