*URGENT* Cannot retrieve DS-160 Confirmation page

So I filled out the ds160 (for an F-1 visa) on the ceac.state.gov website, and everything went well until I submitted it. The session timed out and I did not manage to see my confirmation page. When I relogged in and tried to access my application again a pop up message said that "DS-160 application...

So the current tooltip that was on my confirmation page is in Arabic and I know that I could not edit it anymore. Will that create a problem when I present it because I do not speak nor read in Arabic. I am so worried about this. Hope u guys can help me out.

Both parents and in laws got the Visa *Yay!!. But I am here to hopefully make it easier for others , since this was the first time anyone I knew went for Visa interview since the new process with OFC. .Here we go :

I got my DS 160 confirmation page in hindi.
I forgot to translate it in English from the website itself and closed the page.
Now, neither can I retrieve the confirmation page, nor do I know if there is any problem if Interview is scheduled in English and confirmation page is in Hindi....
