AOS I-134 Form question.

I am a DV lottery winner and my interview date is appointed.

My sponsor sent to me the AoS I-134(filled at the end of 2014) and 2013 tax documents.
In the 1040 Form of 2013 the sponsor has included as a dependent his uncle who lives in US but not in his house.

I got my F1 Visa stamping from Mumbai in July 2010 as I was a Ahmedabad resident. I am planning to get my H1B Visa stamped this December. Is it necessary that I get my Visa stamped from Mumbai (as that was the embassy that stamped my F1)?? I am planning to get my H1B stamped from Chennai....
