i received an RCE for I-693. Had it filled and sealed by the doctor and sent by priority mail. USPS shows that it was delivered on Monday Aug 28, but USCIS site has not updated the account saying they have received the RFE. The last date for response is midnight on Monday. Tried calling...

DS-160: How to fill in phone numbers
Is there a correct way of filling Indian and US phone numbers in DS-160? Do I put the country code before the number? I noticed I can't fill the '+' character in it -
EAD Expedite / Reaching a live person on USCIS Contact Center phone line
Does anyone have any leads on how to navigate the phone tree in order to ask for an EAD Expedite? Myself and wife applied for a France visa in April 15th through VFS Global. Since then on the VFS tracking it says - "your visa application submitted at the embassy on 17 April 2018". and nothing much.
