I am planning on going to India for my marriage. I have multiple layers of vendors between me and client. Do I need to show all these when I go to stamping in India for H1?
My contract chain is My employer -> Vendor A -> Vendor B -> Prime Vendor -> Client....

I have received an offer from a company that would be willing to sponsor my work visa, however the work would be contract basis (1099 not W2). Does H1B allow for contract work? If not what are my other options?
