H1B Extension in-Process in COVID-19 times
My H1B extension was in process when the country was hit with COVID-19. My previous visa is expiring by Apr 3rd. Since my client has frozen all work, my employer might me go. Need help with below questions -
Extend Tourist Visa Stay in USA due to Corona Virus and Waive I-539 fee
My mom has come to US on tourist visa and her I-94 expires on the first week of May.
Due to Corona Virus, travel restrictions have been imposed in our home country (India). Also we want to avoid the risk of traveling in flights at this time.

Can b1 Visa get rejected due to Corona virus scare?
Hi,
My B1 visa was rejected in 2017 and i'm not quite sure why it had happened. It could possibly be as i was single at the time and only traveled to Thailand and Dubai.
Since then i got married last year in December and traveled to France and Switzerland for my honeymoon....
