International travel on Stem OPT while H1B application is pending

Hello,

I am currently in my F-1 STEM OPT period. I plan to apply for H1B lottery this year in March.
My concern is that I absolutely need to travel to India in mid June. And if I get picked up in the lottery and apply for H1B, it is unlikely that I can get an approval by mid June....

I travelled to India while my H1B petition was under process and abandoned the "COS" so it(COS from F1 to H1B) got denied but my H1B got approved and I received the i797 with no i94 information attached to it. Now I am left with only option to go to the Visa interview but my H1B was filed...
