Applied H4 to F1 Online in May 2020

Hi All,

Thanks in advance for your feedback and suggestions. I filled I-539 COS for H4 to F1 visa back in May. It's still in pending stage. Does anyone have any recent experience filling for I-539 from H4 to F1? Also, online most of the forums talks about sending/mailing documents to USCIS....
