  • New I-94 on returning from Bahamas Cruise

    I am on H1-B Visa. My Visa is valid till Feb 2015 and i have a valid stamping on my Passport.
    My H1 extension has been filed and is in progress.

    Will i get a new I-94 on my return from the Bahamas Cruise? If i get a new I-94, my extension filing might be impacted.
