Hi, I went to the dropbox location in Chennai earlier this month for my H-1B visa stamping (extension), and submitted 2 photos per specification, photocopies of previous I-797 and curent I-797, and my passport (and of course, DS-160 application and dropbox confirmation).

Damaged passport - Visitor's visa

My father's passport got damaged accidentally while washing clothes. All the pages and entry/exit stamps are intact. The I-94 is a little torn at the bottom but the number and data entered are clearly visible. The problem is with the US VISA stamp which seems to be washed out a little.... -
