I have a 4 years Bachelors degree in computer science from a university outside US. My employer says that he will give it to a foreign degree evaluation firm.
I just want to know how do these firms verify the degree?

Apply H1B without Master Provisional Degree or Degree Certificate
I have 5 year of work exprience and have done full time BCA and part time MCA.

Associate Degree .. Want to Invite the parents for the graduation ceremony!
I am going to graduate in February, 2010. And, the graduation ceremony is not until May 16, 2010. So, would you think i can invite my parents to US to attend the ceremony? I only will have a associate degree.
