I am wondering if anyone can exactly explain the procedure to bring my future wife to the USA on F2 dependent visa. Let me explain my scenario and what I am planning to do.

Hi guys - I'm currently working in the US on OPT, and my F1 visa is valid until 2015. I have a peculiar issue - I am getting married in November in India, only after which, I'd be able to get a marriage certificate.
