Can i apply F2 visa for my wife after her H1b got 221G ?

I am on F1 visa, on STEM OPT. I got married five months back . I am planning to get F2 visa stamping for my wife, But my wife has already attended H1B stamping couple of months back from Hyderabad, India and she got 221G. ( Its a complete New H1B filed by an employer and she never been to US previously)....

My wife's passport is valid till Feb'2016 & she is going for H4 interview on 28 Aug'2014.
Will there be any issue due to validity of just 1.5 years of passport for H4 stamping?

I am on L1A and recently got an extension till May 2016, including dependents.


We all are going for family visit to India, next month and getting Visa stamped on the extension.

Hi,
I am on H1B, I got it stamped before it was renewed. My H1B was renewed last year. So now if I go to India, I will have to get it stamped before I can return. Even my wife did not get her new H4 stamped.

My question is, I might have to go to India in the next month on urgent...

I aim in US since Aug 2010. I was on L2 status last year. My stamped visa on passport is also on L2. Same way my husband has stamped visa based on L1. He transferred his status to H1 on Oct 2011 and hence mine was also transferred to H4. I am planning to visit India alone early next year. Is it ok get...
