Has anyone received an invitation to an Oath Taking Ceremony since September 2018? We had our interview and recommendation of approval done on August 22nd, 2018. We haven't heard anything since.

I am travelling from India and have valid US Visa. Got connecting flight from Boston to Detroit. the website 'makemytrip.com' says I require transit visa at boston (layover is 3.6 hrs) ? Is it correct. Plz confirm.
