My twin boys (aged 10) were born in the US and one of them has down syndrome, they both have US passports/citizenship.
Due to my one sons Down Syndrome he is mentally disabled and will never be in a situation that he will be able to support/look after himself....

I have my L1 interview scheduled and along with me aI will be taking my son who is mildly autistic. Can anyone please suggest what kind of preparation is required for his visa, including documents ? I will not have any financial issues and no dependency on state .
